These terms govern your use of Sonifyai, operated by Sonifyai Private Limited. By using the service, you agree to them.
Using the service
You must be able to form a binding contract to use Sonifyai. Keep your account credentials secure — you're responsible for activity under your account.
Your content and rights
You retain ownership of the content you generate and are responsible for how you use it. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service and deliver your output.
Acceptable use
Don't use Sonifyai to create unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content, or to generate material that violates others' rights. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Credits and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance and credits are consumed as you generate. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll give notice of material pricing changes.
Availability
We work to keep the service reliable but provide it 'as is' without warranties. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
